Facebook Matches Giving Tuesday Donations

Setting the alarm for 7:30am on the morning of Giving Tuesday on November 30th was worth the effort! We recently learned that Facebook matched some of our early morning donations on Giving Tuesday, giving us an additional eighteen hundred dollars! Facebook matches up to 8 million dollars on Giving Tuesday but the funds usually run out in the first few minutes.

Before the Facebook match, we raised 32-thousand dollars thanks to our generous donors during our annual Giving Tuesday event. Thank you so much again to everyone who got up early or joined us for our live virtual event. Because of you, under-resourced children receive valuable resources at our child development centers and children here at home are finding purpose through our Service Learning Project.

There are numerous ways to support our various programs including the purchase of Mission Life Cafecito, our single origin quality Colombian coffee, sponsoring a child or becoming a sustaining member.
