Video Updates of our Child Centers in Rwanda

Programs’ General Updates

This month, we’re excited to share video updates on the progress of all our centers across Rwanda. Each center has been bustling with activity, as programs continue to grow and adapt to meet the needs of the children. From educational classes to arts and sports activities, we’re seeing remarkable advancements in every area. The video captures glimpses of these vibrant programs in action, showing the kids’ enthusiasm as they learn, play, and worship together. It’s inspiring to see how each center is fulfilling its mission, with staff and volunteers working tirelessly to provide a nurturing environment that supports every child’s holistic development.

At the center in Kimironko, our first preschool program is bringing joy and structure to the children’s daily lives. Each morning begins with stretching exercises to energize and prepare them for the day. After a healthy breakfast, the children move into focused study sessions where they begin to learn foundational skills. Throughout the day, they enjoy lively games and singing sessions that bring smiles and laughter while also incorporating moments of worship, as they sing praises to God. Break times allow them to recharge, play, and engage with one another in a nurturing environment. Through this routine, the children are not only learning academically but also building strong foundations in faith and character.

Batima At the center, we are committed to nurturing the children’s physical development through a variety of activities that encourage movement and coordination. Sports like soccer, along with activities like jumping rope and other engaging exercises, are an important part of our program. These activities not only help build strength and agility but also promote psychomotor skills and brain development—essential for their overall growth. As you can see in the video, the children are actively involved, gaining confidence and developing important skills that will serve them well in all areas of life.

Help us bring Christmas joy to the children who do not have sponsors!
