This is my second trip to Nicaragua and when we arrived at the farm at 1:30am after traveling for the last 24hr, I felt a sense of peace. Then when we started the day and I saw familiar faces, I felt like I was home.

Read MoreToday we were able to revisit the Kimisagara Child Hope Center where we attended church on our first full day in Kigali. After driving up the VERY steep hill and crossing the very questionable wooden "bridge", we arrived at our destination. This beautiful center overlooks the city and we were greeted by the gorgeous sound of the children singing.
Read MoreThat photo was taken in Kigali, Rwanda during a mission trip in 2018. We were visiting the community of Kimisagara, in the outskirts of the city. When we got out of the vans, we noticed a group of children standing outside the church and as soon as we got out, they flocked to us in such a welcoming way it was overwhelming. As the team and I were about to go inside the tent this community used as a church, the kids surrounding us stopped and stayed back.
